This policy explains how STRITA handles your data when you visit the site, place an order, or contact us. By using the site you agree to it.

The site requires no account. When you check out, we store the details you enter yourself:

• Your name, phone number, and email.
• Your delivery address: governorate, area, street, and any notes.
• Order details: edition, size, quantity, and shipping method.
• The content of your messages to us.

We also record anonymous usage data to improve the site: the pages you visit, where you came from (such as an ad link), your device type, and the checkout steps. This data does not include your name or number.

The site keeps only what it needs to work in your browser's local storage:

• Your chosen language.
• The contents of your bag.
• That you have seen the intro, so it does not repeat in the same session.
• The delivery details you typed, to save time on your next order.
• A random visit identifier, not linked to your name, to measure site performance.

When ad measurement tools are enabled (see the next section) they may set their own cookies. You can clear this data any time from your browser settings.

• Google Fonts: loads the typefaces and receives your browser's IP address.
• WhatsApp: sending a message moves you to WhatsApp, under Meta's privacy policy.
• Instagram and email: contacting us there is governed by that provider's policies.
• Ad measurement: we may use the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads, or the Snap Pixel to measure our ads. When you place an order, we send these platforms the order value and number, with your email and phone hashed (SHA-256) so they cannot be read, so the platform knows an ad led to a purchase.

• To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To contact you about your order only.
• To understand how the site is used and measure our ads, so we can improve both.

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

We share with the courier only what is needed to deliver your order: name, phone, and address. We may disclose data when lawfully required by an official authority.

We keep order data as long as needed to fulfil and follow up on it and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, or object to its use, under applicable law including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Write to us from the contact page and we will reply promptly.

We handle your data with care and limit access to those who need it to fulfil your order. Still, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest update date appears at the top of this page.
